Visa / Passport Information
It is the passenger’s responsibility to have all necessary travel documents in possession at check-in. A valid Passport is required for all international flights. In addition, some countries may require a visa and/or health card. We strongly recommend our customers to verify Visa requirements for all stops, as some countries may require a Transit Visa. Those passengers transiting via or connecting between airports within the European Union- Schengen Zone, may need a Schengen Entry Visa.
Traveling on a one way ticket may be restricted. If you are traveling on a one way ticket, it is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible.
Air Concierge and it’s agents do not advise passengers on Visa/Passport requirements. Please contact the embassy of the country you are going to visit or transit through for up-to-date requirements. Please make sure you have all necessary travel documents prior to purchasing your tickets, as most tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event of Visa/Passport issues, Air Concierge shall not be responsible for denied boarding.
