For security reasons, airlines do not allow us to assign seating to emergency exit rows. Emergency exit row seating is assigned the day of departure at the airport. Passengers have to meet airline requirements in order to be seated in emergency rows.
To assign seating to an existing booking, please provide your record locator, the last name of the traveler and preferred seating information to your Air Concierge or customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pre-order special meal options include vegetarian, lactose free, low cholesterol, kosher, Moslem, Hindu or diabetic.
In addition to great savings, most airfares do allow you to accrue frequent flyer miles. A valid frequent flyer number must be entered into the reservation by your Air Concierge or by the gate agent at check-in. Mileage accrual is subject to the rules of the issuing airline.
Airlines ensure that underage passengers are escorted and monitored at all times.
Unaccompanied Minor services must be requested at the booking stage and usually with a surcharge added to the standard fare. Most airlines require an adult accompany the minor at the check-in counter and wait at the airport until their flight has departed. Airline staff will then chaperon the young traveler the rest of the trip. Upon arrival at the destination, minors will only be released into the custody of a pre-approved adult, with photo ID.
It's best to check with your airline prior to requesting this service, as conditions vary depending on the airline and destination, with restrictions applying to routes in France and Portugal, in particular.
